CARE: As bone is a natural element, be patient with your piece of jewelry being subject to wear over time. Remember, each bone is unique and shapes and sizes may vary slightly from piece to piece. Please refrain from wearing your jewelry in water. If any discoloration should appear where chain meets bone, gently wipe off with a soft cloth. 

SHIPPING: All packages are sent via Unites States Postal Service Priority Mail and come with tracking numbers. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. Should you have any problems, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. 

Domestic: Domestic shipping cost $7 and usually takes between 3-5 business days.

International: International shipping costs $28 and generally takes between 7-14 business days.

** Import duties, taxes or other charges are not included in the price of the product or the shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility and should be checked with your local customs office to determine these prior to purchase. You may be subject to paying taxes upon delivery.
